The Alison Business Centre is an extremely reliable, safe and efficient place to run your business and our dedicated on-site facilities management team ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the week.
We can offer a contract cleaning/facilities maintenance service which includes such services as cleaning of offices, electrical work, plumbing, painting etc. These are services that are charged by the hour and invoiced at the end of each calendar month and are carried out by our fully qualified and experienced staff.
Cleaning Services - Our cleaning services can be tailored to your needs whether it is a one off thorough cleaning or a weekly/monthly provision we can help from as little as £9.95 per hour (including all consumables)
Facilities Maintenance Services - At the Alison Business Centre in the unlikely event that our licensees do encounter any problems, a quick call to reception will result in our facilities manager immediately rectifying the issue. Is this is a problem that is not covered by their license agreement our full trained staff can still carry out the repair at very competitive prices.
